Understanding Reiki
Let's Begin:
You will remain dressed with exception of shoes, glasses or anything bulky that will be uncomfortable as you lie down on the massage table. A blanket is available for you as you relax your body may begin to cool down.
During Reiki Session
Privacy:
As I work, my hands are either placed discreetly on your body or can be held a couple of inches above your body. I will begin at the top of your head and then work my way to your feet.
Comfort:
If at anytime, you are ever uncomfortable about anything from music to temperature of the room, or any other distraction, please let me know.
Relax and Breathe:
Try not to think of all the stress of the day. Stay in the present moment and become more self aware of what it is like to have a relaxed body. You may experience an overall sense of relaxation, possibly a tingling sensation or the heat from my hands. We are working to balance your body, mind and spirit from an energetic perspective.
