Understanding Massage
Let’s Begin:
I will exit the room. This will allow you to undress to your level of comfort in complete privacy. You will then lie on the heated massage table under a double drape of a sheet and blanket. I will knock before re-entering to ensure that you are ready. |
During Massage
Privacy:
As I work, I will only uncover the part of your body being massaged using proper, professional draping techniques with the sheet and/or towel.
Comfort:
The goal is for you to relax as much as possible to get the most from your massage. If at anytime, you are ever uncomfortable (anything from music, temperature of the room, or any other distraction) please let me know. My goal is for you to have the best experience possible. |
Relax & Breathe:
Try not to think of all the stress of the day. Stay in the present moment and become more self aware of what it is like to have a relaxed body. |
After Massage
Session Complete:
I will exit the room so you can redress in private. Once you are done, please open the door. |
Feedback:
How do you feel? Let me know. |
Payment:
Due after session.
No Tip Please If you enjoyed your experience, please refer a friend instead! |
